Talisman Jewellery offers up to 12 weeks lay-by on our jewellery. Extended terms can be arranged depending on the item(s). This service is available on any purchase of $100 or more, and requires a minimum of 20% deposit.
- Canceled lay-bys on shop stock carry a 20% cancellation fee.
- All lay-bys are strictly 12 weeks.
- All lay-bys must have payments made at least once fortnightly. If you miss a payment an effort will be made to contact you, if you cannot be contacted the lay-by will be cancelled and the item will be made available for resale.

- All Special Orders or Custom Orders are non refundable if cancelled. Special Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is ordered into stock at the client's request. Custom Orders are defined as an order for an item that is customised specifically to a client's specifications. If cancelling a lay-by or an item within a lay-by which is a Special or Custom Order, all monies paid on the lay-by will be forfeited including payments made during the lay-by term. Customisation would not include product variations such as silk colour or chain style, but do include, but are not limited to anything hand-stamped.
- Layby Payment can be made by bank credit card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
- We offer no refund on overdue lay-bys unless previously arranged. We can organise time extensions if we are contacted within the lay-by period.
In order to make a lay-by purchase, select the item(s) of your choice, and place them in your cart. When you have selected your items, follow the prompts to checkout. In the order comments section be sure to specify that this is a layby purchase, always select "Bank Transfer," (other online payment options will be explained in the Layby Instruction e-mail we will send you), and follow the prompts to complete the sale.
The due date of your initial deposit (and subsequent payments) will be explained in the e-mail we will send you. Should you not wish to proceed with the layby, please let us know. No cancellation fee will be due, and no products held on your behalf, until we receive your initial deposit.
